Your Better Plan On It Podcast!
From the time I was in my early teens until the present, I have learned that having an effective daily plan is critical to life, and that you can never separate the two (Effective Daily Plans = Positive Daily Living / Positive Daily Living = Effective Daily Plans). The goal here is to teach anyone who needs it to understand the nuances and importance of operating from an effective daily plan, and for you to share the content with others who may need it.
So, whether we prepare to start our day or end our day it is vital that having an effective daily plan can ultimately determine our positive outcomes outweighing our negative ones, versus the other way around. I mean, let's face it, over the years we have become a much more reactive society (waiting for things to unfold before responding) vice a proactive society (ready before something happens) which has led to many negative, life-altering outcomes within our homes, our communities, our schools and our workplaces.
From me to you, we simply must lean ahead in our daily lives and focus on implementing and executing pure and meaningful plans that allow us to attack each day with, peace of mind, happiness and zeal. At the end of the day, life is simply too short to waste time on harboring negative daily thoughts because you decided to operate from a less than effective daily plan, so always remember, "You Better Plan On It," because when you least expect it then something will happen!

The Firearms Safety Challenge
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The 2025 story features two teenage boys, ages 14 and 13 years of age that already know each other and the families are friends as well. The two individuals end up in multiple fights over a female at school. The fights get a little more intense each time, with a particular fight stated to be very violent. The parents get involved and seemingly squash the issue the boys have and assumes all is well.
One day the 14 year old brings his parent's firearm to school with the intent to terminate the 13 year old. Well, just before school ends, the 14 year old walks up to the 13 year old, pulls the gun from his backpack and shoots him point blank in the head, instantly killing him. The 14 year old drops the gun and runs for home while kids and faculty scramble for safety in fear of being shot or killed as the school goes into lockdown mode.
In the end, the 13 year old is gone eternally while the 14 year old is charged as an adult with murder, leaving two families in total devastation. While I do not know for certain, nor will I ever ask anyone about it out of respect for the families, I can only imagine that the once solid relationship the two families had is most likely strained at this point and time.
Firearms Safety Challenge:
Challenge 1: I challenge all parents find out if your child currently has an issue with another child and see just how deep that issue runs. Get involved asap!
Challenge 2: I challenge all parents, whether you own a firearm or not, to have an immediate conversation with your children about firearms safety, the damage firearms can inflict on another child or others and why firearms are not to be used by any means to settle disputes.
Challenge 3: If your children are of a reasonable age, and if you as a parent are comfortable in doing so, perhaps show your children the damage firearms can do to others, but be sure not too be to graphic (this is only a suggestion because I know kids see it on TV, playing videos games, etc.)
Challenge 4: I challenge all parents to ensure your firearms and ammo are secured daily and completely out of the reach of your children.
